Acceptable use & reporting
Protect creators, node owners and the people represented in content.
1. Prohibited uses #
Do not use the service for illegal content or activity; child sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; credible threats or targeted harassment; fraud or deceptive impersonation; infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights; malware, credential theft or unauthorized access; or evasion of access, quota, billing or moderation controls.
Do not upload secrets or regulated sensitive data the service is not equipped to handle. Do not use another person’s identity, voice or likeness without the permissions required for the intended use. Do not use generated output as a substitute for qualified professional judgment in high-stakes decisions. Lawful fictional, artistic and educational work remains subject to applicable rights and safety rules.
2. Respect shared infrastructure #
Run only authorized workloads and honor model licenses and node restrictions. Do not mine cryptocurrency, probe other users’ files, exfiltrate credentials, exhaust storage, bypass isolation or conceal unauthorized jobs. Owners must not misuse data they encounter while supplying compute.
3. Reports and review #
Node owners can inspect generations processed on their nodes and use available report controls. Reports should identify the relevant job or asset and explain the suspected violation with minimum necessary evidence. Do not download, redistribute or publicly post illegal material to make a report. Use emergency services for imminent danger and lawful reporting channels where required.
Moderators and administrators can restrict or ban accounts and review enforcement. False or retaliatory reports are prohibited. General abuse, copyright notices and appeals need a published operator contact and review process; these are pending. This draft does not represent an active registered copyright-agent or statutory notice mechanism.
4. Proportionate enforcement #
Possible responses include rejecting a job, pausing a node, restricting capabilities, quarantining content, suspending an account or preserving evidence under a legal obligation. Decisions should account for context, severity and repeated behavior, with an opportunity for review where appropriate. Immediate action may be necessary to contain an active threat.
The service cannot guarantee that every prohibited item will be detected. Reporting tools do not make owners responsible for proactively screening every creation or release the operator from its own obligations.
