Account and data requests
This is the same EIZO account you use in the Android and iOS apps. You do not need the app installed to submit a request here. A receipt confirms submission; it does not mean deletion has already finished.
Sign in to verify your account
If you cannot sign in, use account recovery. You can also contact corp@eizo.watkinsx.com.

Viewing preferences
Your age declaration and content choices are private account settings shared by the website, Android and iOS apps. Restricted viewing is the default.
Saving applies these choices to signed-in video browsing and new playback requests. Unrated videos are excluded while review is underway. Already downloaded files and previously issued playback links are not recalled. Standalone music filtering is not available yet.
Reporting and blocking
Use Report on content or a profile. Use Block to limit interactions. Do not attach copies of suspected child-abuse material to a report. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Usage measurement
Optional first-party measurements help us understand visits and feature use. They are separate from the records necessary to sign in, deliver requested content and protect the service. We do not need your private message text, search text or a cross-site advertising identifier for these measurements.
