Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation #
EIZO prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexual extortion and trafficking. The prohibition covers videos, images, text, audio, messages and synthetic or AI-generated material, including links and attempts to distribute such material.
How to raise a concern #
Use the in-app or website Report control on the relevant content or account. Choose sexual content and explain the child-safety concern. Provide identifiers or links, not copies of suspected illegal material. Users can block the account. Contact emergency services for immediate danger; do not wait for platform review.
Response and legal escalation #
The Watkins Labs platform owner monitors reports sent through the service and corp@eizo.watkinsx.com. Automated tools may assist review, but do not replace operator responsibility or review of appeals. This service does not promise continuous monitoring. Report immediate danger to emergency services.
The designated owner reviews suspected child-exploitation reports, restricts access to prohibited content and accounts where warranted, and uses the NCMEC CyberTipline or applicable regional authority for required reporting. Necessary evidence is handled under restricted access for reporting, review and applicable preservation requirements. Do not redistribute suspected imagery through ordinary support messages. Appeals can be raised through Privacy & safety or the published contact.
Audience and contact #
EIZO Studio is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not designed for children. New-account eligibility uses a date-of-birth declaration; it is not proof of identity or independently verified age. Store audience declarations and ratings must reflect the actual content and available controls.
Contact corp@eizo.watkinsx.com with child-safety concerns or information about an account belonging to someone under 18. Use content identifiers or links, not copies of suspected illegal material. The Watkins Labs platform owner is the designated contact for these reports.
