Respect people #
Do not threaten, bully, stalk, sexually harass or expose someone’s private information. Hateful attacks based on protected characteristics, credible threats, violent extremism and content that encourages serious real-world harm are prohibited.
Sexual safety and protection of children #
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors and trafficking are prohibited. This includes synthetic or AI-generated depictions. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual extortion are prohibited. Do not upload, link to, trade or request this material.
Mature content and ratings #
Sexual content is prohibited, including pornography, depictions of sexual acts, sexualized nudity and content intended for sexual gratification. The rule applies to uploaded, linked and AI-generated material. Graphic material intended to shock and content promoting serious violence are also prohibited. An 18+ label does not make prohibited material acceptable.
Permitted material involving mature non-sexual themes, violence or other sensitive topics must carry accurate age ratings and content descriptors. Account age eligibility and stricter personal preferences determine access where filtering is enabled. Content ratings do not grant creator permissions. The preview’s catalog review and platform-wide filtering are still being completed; a preference is not a guarantee that every unsuitable item has already been classified.
Honesty, rights and responsible creation #
Do not impersonate people deceptively, scam others, distribute malware, spam, manipulate engagement or evade moderation. Publish only content you have the right to use. Clearly disclose realistic synthetic or altered content where it could mislead viewers. Do not create or share material that facilitates illegal or dangerous activity.
Reporting and blocking #
Use Report on a video, comment, profile, post or message to flag a concern. Give the content location and a concise explanation; do not attach copies of suspected child-abuse imagery. Blocking a person limits interaction through the existing account controls. A report is reviewed; submitting it does not automatically establish a violation.

Moderation and appeals #
Moderation may remove content, restrict interactions or suspend accounts according to the violation and applicable law. Reports are not public. Relevant content and report details may be retained as evidence for review, appeals and legal obligations. Use the privacy and support center to ask about a moderation decision without republishing the prohibited content.
